Josh Wareham is a Boston-based violist, music producer, and videographer. He has performed with a wide variety of groups and artists including with the Boston Festival Orchestra, Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra, Cape Cod Chamber Orchestra, Lucerne Festival Alumni, Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, Boston Landmarks Orchestra, Albany Symphony, JACK Quartet, Philadelphia's SoundLAB ensemble, and Palaver Strings. His debut album "Chances" and its follow-up "Twice" were released in 2020 and 2021, breaking down traditional genre boundaries in a unique blend of hip-hop, rock, electronic, and classical. 

As a producer and videographer, Josh has worked on content for artists and organizations such as the Boston Music Project, Shelter Music Boston, Rasa String Quartet, Cassatt String Quartet, Palaver Strings, Duo Amie, musiConnects, Aston Magna Music Festival, and Bach Beethoven & Brahms Society. 

Josh is a Digital Music Teaching Artist with the Boston Music Project, where he explores music production and digital music composition with students in Boston Public Schools. His work with the program's students has ranged from albums of student-composed music to collaborations with artists including Ensemble Mik Nawooj, Paul Willis, and ProBlak. 

Josh holds a Master of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music, and a Bachelor of Music degree from St. Olaf College.
